World of Athens Initiatives
In order to achieve its goals, the World of Athens, will bring forward a number of initiatives that will contribute to:
- the improvement of the quality of life in urban environments
- promoting Athens abroad
- creating networks among cities in order for ideas, proposals, solutions, concepts to be exchanged
- reinforcing the dialogue among citizens and encouraging participation in the society.
- The World of Athens initiatives will include campaigns, educational programs, workshops and international meetings.
The World of Athens initiatives will follow procedures open to the citizens, to encourage public participation and interaction.
