The World of Athens Debates

Several times a year the World of Athens will organise debates on topics of particularly high interest with the participation of leading personalities in relevant fields with differing points-of-view on the same question. In the World of Athens we believe in the value of dialogue and of opposition. We believe that above all, merit lies with acknowledging all the sides of an issue before concluding to decisions and policies. And finally, we believe in the synthesis made possible possible when people meet and collaborate. Many of these debates will be broadcast live on-line in order for as many citizens as possible to be able to follow them. All debates will be recorded and available on-line through the Community.
